Martin JerisatMr. Jerisat's area of practice is Intellectual Property Law including Patent and Trademark Litigation, Patent Prosecution, Trademark Oppositions, Trade Secrets, Copyrights, Unfair Competition, and Federal Litigation. Mr. Jerisat has litigation experience in state and federal courts, and has tried more than 34 bench and jury trials. He worked for a large technology law firm in Florida before founding his firm in Chicago. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Jerisat worked as a chemical engineer in a cement factory and in an oil refinery in a fluid catalytic cracking unit.
